Payments made for logistics and transportation services are considered confirmation of booking and allocation of resources, including scheduling, equipment, and operational planning.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service cancellation approved by Dynamic Logistic Inc before dispatch or service commencement.
  • Inability to provide agreed services due to operational issues directly caused by our company.
  • Duplicate or incorrect payment transactions.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by management.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellation after shipment dispatch or service initiation.
  • Delays caused by weather conditions, road closures, border inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Incorrect shipment details or documentation provided by the client.
  • Client no-shows or last-minute cancellations without prior notice.
  • Completed services delivered as agreed.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients must submit cancellation requests in writing via email before the scheduled service date.

Administrative or scheduling fees may apply depending on the stage of service preparation.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on banking procedures.
  • Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted where applicable.

6. Service Modifications

Instead of refunds, clients may request service rescheduling or adjustments, subject to availability and operational approval.
